Waterproofing
We furnish and install many types of waterproofing systems. Below grade foundation walls, fluid applied, under slab systems, split slab systems, blind side waterproofing and exposed waterproofing or deck coatings.
Fluid Applied Air Barriers
Sealtech has completed dozens of projects in the Columbus and Central Ohio area. We specialize in fluid applied systems that provide a seamless barrier for the exterior envelope of buildings and structures. Vapor permeable and vapor barrier materials from several manufacturers have been installed by our crews. Sealtech has been an accredited member of the ABAA (Air Barrier Association of America) since 2010. We have utilized the QAP (Quality Assurance Program) on several projects since. We employee installers that have been trained and certified by the ABAA.
Joint Sealants and Caulking
Sealtech has completed caulking and sealant work in the Columbus and Central Ohio area on over 3,000 projects since we were established in 1998. We offer a full line of services to general contractors and building owners. These services include installation on new and existing buildings and structures. We have completed projects in all sectors of building types. Commercial, Retail, Office Buildings, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial, Government Buildings, Water and Waste Water Treatment Plants, Stadiums, Airports and Hotels.
