Our commercial projects include both new and existing construction. We are a subcontractor established in 1998. We offer our services to general contractors and building owners through out the Central Ohio area. We have completed work on many projects that are seen in the skyline of downtown Columbus and the beltway around our city.

Our Services
Waterproofing
Sealtech furnishes and installs many waterproofing systems. Below grade foundation walls, under slab systems, split slab systems, exposed waterproofing and deck coatings. The types of materials we use are fluid applied, self adhered sheet applied, and bentonite clay mechanically fastened systems.
Fluid Applied Air Barriers
Sealtech has installed air barrier systems on dozens of projects in Columbus and Central Ohio. We specialize in fluid applied systems, both vapor permeable and vapor barriers. We have been an accredited member of the Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA) since 2010. Our installers are certified and have had training through programs offered by the ABAA.

Sealtech has completed over 3,000 projects in the Columbus and Central Ohio area. As a subcontractor we have worked with many general contractors and building owners since established in 1998. Our project types range from commercial, retail, office buildings, manufacturing facilities, industrial facilities, data centers, water and waste water treatment plants, schools, universities, stadiums, airports and hotels.
